This is a painting of sunny Saint Paul, Minnesota after the better version by Richard Abraham. This was an enjoyable painting to do and I enjoyed the architectural elements.
I love this one, Marty. You continue to grow as a painter, every day. I admire your ability to paint urban and architectural paintings- my nemesis, though I am so attracted to them. Kudos, my friend!
Thank you so much for the kind comments Olivia. Of course your suggestions and advice have gone a long way in my progress and I really appreciate all the help you've given to me. I'm really working hard to learn the craft of painting. By the way, I'm almost exclusively using regular oil paints now and not the water mixable oils per your suggestion, although I do still like them :-)
