This is a charcoal and Conte sketch of the Jacob Schmidt Brewery in Saint Paul, Minnesota. It is currently being converted into Artists lofts after being shut down for years.
I'm planning to paint the brewery sometime soon. Before that though, I'll do several studies and many thumbnails to get the right composition and colors.
